FORMER Commission on Elections Commissioner and P3PWD party-list first nominee Rowena Guanzon on Tuesday filed charges of libel and unjust vexation against former National Youth Commission Undersecretary Ronald Cardema before the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office.Guanzon said she will also file charges against Duterte Youth Party-list Rep. Marie Cardema within the week. She did not specify what complaints she will file.
And this is what I am doing right now,' Guanzon said.She said Cardema continues to issue defamatory remarks against her in public.'He seemed to have no fear of the law because he thinks he has a strong grip on the administration,' said Guanzon.'This is the process where I am way ahead of you. We are here in court because you have had too much personal strain on me. Only the judge will decide who between us is right,' she said addressing Cardema.
