Your Manchester City evening headlines for Tuesday, August 15.
Manchester City are resigned to being without Kevin De Bruyne for months as they weigh up whether the star midfielder needs surgery.
City initially feared it was a bad one and scans have proven them right. Guardiola said that there are alternatives, but could not hide the fact that it is a huge disappointment for the club that they will not be able to count on one of their players who is 'irreplaceable'.A decision will be made soon on the surgery, although City's preferred specialist Dr Ramon Cugat has already seen the images of the injury as well as a few other doctors; all share the same opinion.
