The King and Queen visited Les Cotils at L'Hyvreuse, in Saint Peter Port yesterday - where they met primary school children from Sark school.
Queen Camilla looked visibly touched as schoolchildren in Guernsey sang happy birthday to her yesterday afternoon.
During the engagement, the children sang happy birthday to Queen Camilla in Sercquais, which is derived from Norman French. The Queen - who was wearing a royal blue coat dress by Fiona Clare and six-strand pearl necklace - looked touched as she was serenaded by the primary school children. According to the BBC, less than 3.3 per cent of Guerseny residents were able to speak Sercquais in 1998.
While the Queen carried out her engagements this afternoon, royal fans noticed she was sporting a bandage on her ankle.
