13News reporter Chase Houle breaks down IMPD's response to a series of different bar shootings in Indianapolis.
"Most of our shootings across the city are a result of some sort of conflict, and we've said it before and we'll continue to say it, people need to find a better way, a non-violent way, to resolve conflict," said IMPD Lt. "Each establishment, each business is very unique and what they need to do to keep themselves and their patrons safe is unique to each location. The size of the location, the patronage, the issues they've seen in the past. The time of evening that they're open. These incidents take place well after midnight," said Lt. Foley.
Flynn & Zinkan Properties II confirmed they were the owners of the property, but when asked who their tenant was, they took down information to give to their lawyer.
