It was the Arsenal's' eleventh win on the road this year, the best away record of any side in the league, and it takes them five points clear at the top as they look to end their 19 year wait for a league title
They were out of sight by half-time, with goals through Gabriel Magalhaes, Gabriel Martinelli and Martin Odegaard. However, Fulham were unable to capitalise on this let off, and five minutes later they were behind, as Gabriel headed home Leandro Trossard’s delivery from a 21Martinelli was having plenty of joy down the left-hand side in the first half, getting the better of Kenny Tete on multiple occasions. And in the 27minute he was rewarded for his brilliant performance with a goal, as he found himself unchallenged in the box and free to head in another Trossard delivery into the back of the net.
And the league leaders punished them moments later, when Odegaard took down Trossard’s cross and was allowed to take several touches before curling his strike into the bottom corner seconds left before the break. Trossard created history by supplying three first half assists.
