Image of two semi-automatic handguns, ammunition, magazines found during a Seattle police arrest operation. Officers were in the area of 3rd Avenue and Pike Street on June 21st at 2:44 p.m., when they located a suspected narcotics dealer. According to Seattle police, Bicycle officers were requested as an additional resource and the 26-year-old man was arrested soon after.The 26-year-old was booked into King County Jail for two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm and violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act narcotics sale and delivery.
Gun Violence Reduction Unit detectives are taking the lead on this case. Seattle Police Department said additional charges may be applied as the investigation is completed.
