Developer Blingame claims its dealings with Microsoft for its ID@Xbox game have been a 'nightmare,' and as such, Haak has been canceled for Xbox.
Blingame has announced that Haak has been canceled for Xbox Series X|S following what the developer describes as a 'nightmare' of a process with Microsoft's Partner Centre due to a myriad of bugs, which ID@Xbox was reportedly 'powerless to help' with. Although Microsoft has seemingly offered to try and expedite the certification process, it looks like Blingame is still going to skip Xbox for Haak's upcoming console port.
' Blingame followed up on Sunday with a screenshot reportedly showing some of its conversations with Microsoft in April and May, as well as an email from Microsoft that appears to have been sent shortly after Blingame's initial announcement. 'I have spoken to my team to better understand the situation and we think the issue is due to a backend error that needs to be resolved by us. It is not an issue that you have had to deal with and for that we are sorry,' the email reads.
