Matt Townsend, director of Highways and Transport at Lancashire County council, said: “There is a closure on this road between 16 and 22 of January. This is due to urgent work being undertaken by Electricity North West.Haighton Green Lane remains open from the Grimsargh side with the Haighton Manor pub and other businesses and homes still accessible.
