Earlier this week, Hailey Bieber stepped out for date night with hubby Justin Bieber wearing one of summer's hottest trends: The bubble hem. For many a millennial, this trend can trigger flashbacks to shopping at Charlotte Russe for a winter formal dress. Thankfully, 2024's bubble hem is not 2008's.
So far in Hailey Bieber's pregnancy, the model has mostly been wearing her pre-pregnancy clothes—an unexpected benefit, perhaps, of gravitating toward baggier silhouettes or styles with a lot of stretch. Really, she's simply proving the theory that Rihanna absolutely changed the game for maternity style during her first and second pregnancies in 2022 and 2023.
