Several men in the Windsor family have experienced male pattern baldness, which has traditionally been thought to be largely hereditary. Instead of being passed down by the father, Ms Salinger explained that male pattern baldness is a combination of genes from both parents, plus other lifestyle factors. However, another key factor is “epi genetics, or expression of genes, and that more relates to lifestyle factors, inflammation and stress.”
