Police say 'only by chance' no one was killed when a shotgun was fired into a Halifax business.
Abanob Botros, Jarvan Peart and Mohammed Faheem Mahmood were jailed for their parts in a shooting at a tyre shopAbanob Shawky Botros, 30, and Jarvan Peart, 31, were each sentenced to five years in prison for planning the August 2022 shooting at Lux Tyres.
Detectives said it was "only by chance" no one was hurt when a gunman shot through the garage's open door.Det Insp Amanda Wimbles, of West Yorkshire Police, said the shooting at 18:00 BST on 11 August had caused "great concern among a residential community".
