Monsters of all kinds have invaded Manchester city centre with a spooky parade featuring giant puppets and a five-piece band. The parade was part of the Monsters Rock! Party Procession organized by Walk the Plank. Other Halloween-themed events, including fun activities for children and live music performances, also took place across the city centre.

Party Procession, from outdoor performance artists Walk the Plank, featured a crazy mix of monster puppets, stilt walkers and a five-piece band as they entered families and shoppers enjoying the half term holidays.
There were also live bands and musicians performing as part of the Monsters Rock Music Festival at Spring Gardens, off Market Street. The space also featured carnival rides, a Helter Skelter and stalls serving spooky food and selling haunting gifts.have also taken over some of the city centre’s most recognisable rooftops and buildings.
