Now she has shared her love for her husband-to-be Avan, saying: 'I don't know where I'd be without him,' to Rolling Stone UK. Jazzing up the look with a black leather pair of knee-high boots, she posed in front of a graffiti-splattered wall for photographer Sarah Pardini. Her T-cell disorder was in fact leukemia, which she currently refers to as a lymphoproliferative disorder because it is in remission.
Halsey rhapsodized about Avan in her new interview, sharing the ways in which he helped her soldier through her recent health struggles Avan is a Canadian actor who has appeared in such projects as the movie Zombieland: Double Tap and the TV show Orphan Black: Echoes. While talking about the role Avan played in her recovery, Halsey also candidly discussed the physical and emotional fallout of her illness.
Meanwhile, psychologically, she reflected: 'I think the s***tiest thing that happens when you have a significant illness is that you just lose your personality.'
