Dean Lyness has been handed a new deal and a new role at the club
Hamilton Accies have confirmed that goalkeeper Dean Lyness has signed a contract extension, as he joins the backroom team as first-team goalkeeper coach.
Lyness was in goal for the play-off win over Inverness Caledonian Thistle that saw the club return to the Championship. Hamilton boss John Rankin told the club 's website: "I'm very happy Dean is staying with us, he’s a talented keeper that did very well for us last season.
