Andy Winter will need to spend a bit longer on the sidelines following his broken metatarsal
Hamilton striker Andy Winter has suffered an injury setback after discovering his foot fracture hasn’t healed as quickly as hoped.
Boss John Rankin said: “Andy has had a bit of bad news. His broken metatarsal hasn’t healed properly so he is going to be another three weeks in a moonboot, so that is a bit of a kick for him. Rankin also offered an update on midfielder Marley Redfern, who had hoped to make his comeback in July.
