Hardy Got the ‘Blessing’ From Snoop Dogg & Dr. Dre to Cover ‘Gin and Juice’: ‘I’m Still in…“A while back, I got a phone call saying that Jimmy Iovine, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg would like for me to record my own version of ‘Gin and Juice’ for the launch of their new drink, Gin&Juice,” Hardy revealed in a press release. “I’m still in disbelief, but I am so stoked that I’m dropping my version of ‘Gin and Juice’ with the blessing of Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg themselves.

Hardy’s “Gin and Juice” cover comes after a string of hits for the CMA-nominated star. In 2023, he notched his first No. 1 title onchart-topper. This year, Hardy turned his attention to the rock scene with recent releases “Quit!!” and “Rockstar” peaking at No. 2 and No. 1 onin 1994 .
