A deadly crash in Harris County has authorities investigating.
A driver is dead after he crashed into a power pole and was ejected from his vehicle on Wednesday night, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office says.The crash occurred on the eastbound feeder road of the I-10 East Freeway near Carey Lane in the Channelview area.
FOX 26 Houston is now on the FOX LOCAL app available through Apple TV, Amazon FireTV, Roku, Google Android TV, and Vizio!According to the sheriff’s office, a witness reported seeing the vehicle on the freeway strike the wall several times before exiting the freeway.Authorities say the vehicle then left the roadway and hit a power pole.Deputies arrived to find a man who had been ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
