The Sussexes are reportedly in shock following King Charles' order for the pair to pack their things and leave Frogmore Cottage after the release of Prince Harry’s tell-all memoir.
A spokesperson for the Sussexes confirmed on Thursday morning that they had been asked to pack their things and leave the property.
Prince Harry’s embattled uncle, Prince Andrew, is allegedly moving into the Windsor residence once the pair have collected their belongings. Royal expert Omid Scobie said Meghan and Harry have been left “stunned” by the decision, which reportedly left two other members of the royal family “appalled”. Friends of the Sussexes are labelling the King’s move a “cruel punishment” for his son’s recent tell-all memoir, which contained explosive allegations about the Royal Family. The duo spent months renovating Frogmore Cottage before the birth of their first child at a cost of £2.
