According to the criminal complaint, officers said they pulled over a silver mini-van on Wednesday they said they believed was involved in an earlier shooting. Authorities said when the van pulled over Bucher started walking away. Police said Bucher ignored commands and pulled out a gun, then fired. That's when police say the officer fired at him.Bucher was hit once, then officers chased and tasered him, according to the affidavit.
