CLEVELAND, Ohio -An upset customer went to the Avon home of a general contractor, to ask why the job was not completed.This is the latest in the saga surrounding contractor, Jeff Crawford. 19 News Investigates has been telling you about Crawford for more than week.“He owns Cleveland Custom Homes. He stole over 500,000 from me. He stole other clients’ money, just stole it and walked away,” said Muntaser to Avon Police.
The Avon Lake police officer’s body camera video showed the officer getting Crawford’s side of the story.
