Junk food firms could face a total advertising ban if they don't stop marketing to youngsters
The Advertising Standards Authority bans marketing where kids make up a quarter or more of the audience.
But the launch of a World Health Organisation report into digital marketing heard that firms exploit loopholes by claiming they are targeting fans of celebrities.
