Former EastEnders and Heartbeat star Nick Berry has been pictured out and about
Nick Berry, the star of Heartbeat , is barely recognisable eight years after he decided to retire from his acting career. The 58 year old English actor, who was once one of television's most popular heartthrobs, has been spotted out and about, looking quite different from his on-screen persona.
While Berry hasn't ruled out a return to television now that his sons are teenagers, he has admitted that he is "happy" and content with his new life. Explaining the contrast between his career and family life, he said: " The job was great. You're driven everywhere, fed every five minutes and told what to do and where to go. What I struggled with was that the boys were very young and I felt like I was away filming all the time."
