'She was and is, loved by all who knew her'
A teenager who was killed in a horror crash has been described as 'full of joy' in a heartbreaking tribute. Josie Cartwright died following a collision in Cheshire .
In a statement, Josie's family said: "Josie May Cartwright will be remembered as a real character, full of joy, laughter, strength, and a little mischief. She was and is, loved by all who knew her.” Cheshire Police says Josie's family, from Staffordshire, are being supported by specialist officers. The collision took place at around 2.10pm on Sunday, June 2.
