Tributes have been paid to two teenage girls who died in a horror crash on the way to their prom last night.
Their heartbroken families have now paid emotional tributes to the girls. Kiea's sister wrote of her devastation online and the country's government called the tragedies "every parent's worst nightmare". Further tributes to both girls have been put on social media, reports the Irish Mirror. Another devastating tribute reads: "I would do anything just to have you here with me one last time just to tell you that I love you and need you. You were taken from us too soon, your life was just starting to begin and you can no longer enjoy it.
Speaking to reporters outside Largy College in Monaghan on Tuesday, Minister for Social Protection and local TD, Heather Humphreys, told how one of the parents of the children found out the devastating news while on a football field.
