Heinz has just unveiled a limited-edition Pigs in Blankets tin of baked beans and fans aren't sure what to make of the new festive flavour.
There’s a limited-edition festive flavour of beans in shops now Heinz has been launching some weird and wonderful products of late — from a Monster Munch Mayo, to Spaghetti Carbonara in a tin which was slammed as an ‘abomination’. And the brand’s latest offering has also caused somewhat of a stir online, as it puts a seasonal twist on the most iconic of all the Heinz goods.
‘I bought a tin from Sainsbury’s in the interest of science, tasted ok, not sure what the Christmas seasoning was, possibly a slight taste of stuffing. There were 4 or 5 sausages about 0.0278 fathoms in length.’ It’s not known how long the limited-edition product will be around for, but tins are being sold on the Heinz website for £2.50 for a 400g tin.
