Helen Flanagan took to social media earlier this week to confirm she'd undergone a breast augmentation. The former Coronation Street actress underwent the surgery in a bid to boost her body confidence after being left self-conscious from breastfeeding her three children.
Helen, who shares her children with ex-fiancé and former Celtic star Scott Sinclair, admitted she was nervous about disclosing her surgery due to negative social media comments. The soap star ultimately decided to be honest with fans as she is a "firm believer in women supporting other women." The mum-of-three decided to have an uplift to improve her confidence but wanted to make it clear that she "loved" her breastfeeding journeys. Helen said: "I like to share my life on here, I like to be as honest as I can I was nervous because people can be unkind.
"I would always do it again and I love that. I just wanted to be honest about my experiences because other women might be able to relate to me."
