During ITV's Lorraine, Helen Flanagan revealed she will go on tour for six months and will bring one of her children. She also talked about her heartbreak with ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair, 'We loved each other very much, but we've got ups and downs'.
Helen Flanagan has returned to Instagram to give a health update after pulling out of her theatre tour at the beginning of the year.
Posting alongside a smiling selfie, Helen continued: 'I felt really not great in my head over Christmas and I didn’t really feel that much different when I took the kids away for new year. Had a lot of difficult things going on things I just can’t talk about on Instagram.
She ended her post by stating that 'I’ve always been honest on here and I feel in a really good happy place now. therapy can be amazing and I feel like I’ve worked on myself with things that were quite tough to me but I feel lighter now ✨ anyway sending love and please be kind.' However Helen still made sure to support the show as she headed to watch the production which now stars her former Coronation Street colleague

'The kids see their dad all the time, they see their nana a lot. We're always in Birmingham a lot to meet with the kids half way.' Although the actress posed with a smile on her face, she revealed she chose that picture because although she looked happy in the snap, she was really struggling. She explained that the kids would be spending the holiday with their dad and his mum in Bath, while she remained in Bolton.
