Helldivers 2 developer, Arrowhead, has announced a new incoming weapon buff in response to all of the ricochet controversy online.
Helldivers 2 regularly receives updates and Arrowhead has recently released patch 01.000.300. While most of the patch was well received, there has been a lot of controversy with many players claiming that changes to ricochet have the made the game ‘unplayable’. Fortunately, Helldivers 2 developer, Arrowhead, have released a statement announcing a new incoming weapon buff while addressing the ricochet uproar. You can check out the full update 01.000.
’ Seeing all of the feedback online, Arrowhead Games community manager, Spitz, released a statement on Discord. Some Reddit posts claimed that rockets and explosives were ricocheting, but this is not true according to Arrowhead: ‘In response to a post on Reddit, we looked into the possibility of rockets and other explosives being affected by ricochets,’ reads the statement.
