Helldivers 2 appears to be suffering from some serious issues for anyone running an AMD Radeon RX 7000 series GPU. Here's what we know.
It’s been reported that the recently released Helldivers 2 is having some issues with AMD Radeon RX 7000 graphics cards, and now the development team has been made aware. In an official post on the Arrowhead website, Sagar Beroshi, Deputy Game Director on Helldivers 2 explained that there are “critical problems for players” using “AMD Radeon 7000 series of GPUs”.
We recommend doublechecking the Helldivers 2 system requirements before investing in the game. A post on the official r/helldivers subreddit goes into more detail: that Helldivers 2 is crashing on the Radeon 7000 series. One user writes that: “the game crashes on AMD GPUs and kills the drivers or straight up resets the computer” which is happening on versions 23.12.1 and 24.1.1 of the game.
