Do you recognise him?
A woman, aged in her 60s, had chip wrappers shoved in her face. This happened after the woman handed a man the wrappers, challenging him for throwing litter. Thankfully the woman was physically unharmed but left with remnants of sauce on her face.
We are appealing for information after initial enquiries have failed to identify the man we would like to speak to. He is described as around 18 years old, with blond hair, wearing a light grey hoody, light grey trousers and white trainers.
