A hen party turned violent at Newcastle Central Station after an altercation broke out over alleged 'queue jumping' in the ladies' toilets. Five members of the bride-to-be's group and two others were involved in a brawl captured on CCTV.

Chaos erupted at a hen party after a brawl broke out because of alleged ' queue jumping ' in the ladies' toilets at a busy train station . Bride-to-be Dionne Pearson was out with friends in Newcastle city centre when they clashed with Nadia Rhodes in the facilities at Newcastle Central Station. A court heard how Rhodes had skipped the queue, sparking an altercation.

Prosecutors said that CCTV footage showed Rhodes' partner, Lee Moore, entering the toilet area and the conflict spilling onto the platform. Five from Pearson's group – Shauna Metcalfe, Tia Metcalfe, Michelle Wingfield, Sophie Wingfield-Herron, and Charley Wingfield-Herron – were seen on camera throwing punches, grabbing hair, or shoving in the violent scuffle which unfolded in view of children and families, Newcastle Magistrates' Court was informed. On the receiving end were Rhodes, Moore, and their friends who were also taking part in the fight. A judge condemned the episode as 'unsavoury' and characterised it as a 'very, very unpleasant melee'. Eventually, police intervened to halt the fight, leading to an investigation that included scrutinising CCTV to figure out who did what, reports Chronicle Live. Pearson, 30, of Holby Garth, Browney, County Durham, along with Shauna Metcalfe, 25, of Weatherhill Way, also in Browney, Tia Metcalfe, 22, from Willowtree Avenue, Durham City, Michelle Wingfield, 43, of Central Avenue, Meadowfield, Sophie Wingfield-Herron, 22, of Beechfield, Newton Aycliffe, and Charley Wingfield-Herron, 24, of Roehedge, Leam Lane Estate, Gateshead, all admitted to using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour to incite fear or provoke violence. Also pleading guilty to the same charges were Rhodes, 25, from Plymouth Walk in Hartlepool, and Moore, 32, from Poole Gardens in Hartlepoo
