Ms Sandell said her main focus as leader will be on housing, including pushing Labor to ban unlimited rent increases and better regulate investment homes put on Airbnb. Ms Sandell has also set her sights on boosting the party's presence in state parliament beyond the four lower hours seats it has in addition to four upper house MPs.
