A 35-year-old man has been arrested
Two heroic workmen helped detain a suspected robber after a pensioner was mugged, police have revealed. Investigating officers now want to speak to the men as enquiries continue.
Police in Tameside said it's believed the men stopped in a works van after witnessing the mugging and went on to help detain a man.Details were shared by GMP on its Tameside South & West Facebook page.
