A Syrian refugee in the midst of warfare has turned his horrific circumstances into a game to protect his young child from trauma.
The father of one said he and his wife wanted to turn the frightening sounds into"a source of happiness" and allow Salwa to"psychologically survive" the few seconds before each bomb drops. In the video, which powerfully contrasts the terror of war with the innocence of a child, Salwa is heard bursting into laughter at the sound of each explosion.
In the film, the father makes his son believe that the unbearable suffering of the concentration camp is a game.
