The starting gun has been fired on a 'Dragons’ Den' style contest that could see entrepreneurs in the Watford area net prizes worth more than £12,000 at the Hertfordshire County Show.
They will also get marketing, legal, and business advice as well as workshops on securing trademarks and cyber security. Chamber managing director Donna Schultz said: “This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re a new business. Not only will you have the chance to impress the judging panel, you’ll be able to promote your business to tens of thousands of people during the show."
Last year the contest was won by sustainable cleaning products business The Green Company, which used the award as a springboard to further success.
