Heung-min Son makes Premier League history with screamer against Brighton THFC
Son signed for Spurs back in 2015 and has been a star player for the club.
After scoring four Premier League goals in his debut season, the 30-year-old has hit double digits in every campaign since. However, this season has seen him struggle to retain such form as he’s only netted seven times thus far in 2022/23.an early lead over Brighton, which Lewis Dunk soon cancelled out.
Reacting on commentary for talkSPORT2, Perry Groves said: “Take a bow Son, because that is one of the goals of the season!“He’s about 25 yards out on the angle, when he hits it the ball is a good two or three yards outside of the post. “Steele is diving at full length but he’s got absolutely no chance, Son just bends past him right into the top corner, just in off the post.“You know it’s a good goal when the fans see it back on the big screen and you can hear the collective ‘wow’ around the stadium.”
