A new high-end restaurant serving up a fusion of ‘Japanese Peruvian’ food will be opening at the Trafford Centre.
It will be the first restaurant for the brand, which is based in Manchester, and will feature a seasoned team including former Sexyfish and Nobu head chef Kentaro Yanagisawa.Nichi’s managing partner, Vanessa Mornet, has also come from sophisticated Japanese restaurant Zuma, which has sites in London and Rome.
“Retail destinations are about so much more than shopping, however, while there are plenty of high-end stores, there are often not as many high-end dining experiences,” Vanessa said.
