Having pleaded not guilty to the charges at the time, he appeared in court on Thursday for a pre-trial hearing. A trial date has not yet been set. A protective order filed against Roiland in October 2020 ordered him to stay at least 100 feet away from his accuser and not to harass, threaten or surveil them.
