The Mustangs are looking to improve off of their 3-7 record from a year ago. This will be head coach Hunter Adams 2nd year in the role with the Mustangs.“We’ve got a great group of kids. They’re very motivated, intrinsically, you know I don’t have to pull it out of them. They come to work everyday, they do it with a great attitude, they handle themselves in the classroom the way that they should.
“Coach wanted us to get to the point where people wake up after playing us, and they go I don’t want to play this team anymore,” says Coleman. “We talk about winning critical moments all the time. You win the critical moments with character and execution. This group is wired to face those moments, to face that adversity, to really attack those moments, not back down from them, and not crumple in the face of them,” explains Adams.
