Anyone opening a new Santander account can get £185 within 90 days
High street banking giant Santander is offering £185 to new and existing customers who switch their accounts from today , in a move which could provide a 'quick boost' to people's finances.
Anyone who switches their main account to one of Santander's current accounts, many of which have a focus on cashback and interest rate boosts, can qualify for this nice chunk of extra cash - which the bank says will land in your account within 90 days of switching. The offer is open to anyone who moves over to a Santander Everyday Current Account, Santander Edge Current Account, Santander Edge Up Current Account, or Private Current Account v2. You can do this using the independent Current Account Switching Service, but there are some other quick hoops you have to jump through to make sure you get the cash boost.New customers can also make the swap online using the Santander website, as well as over the phone and in person.
"Our new switching offer not only provides a quick boost to customers’ finances, but forms part of the wider value package we provide through our Edge accounts.” More information on these current accounts, their benefits, conditions, and eligibility, is available on the Santander website.
