A powerful wave destroys the house of this man at the Molo Boulevard coastline in Iloilo City on Sunday morning, July 21. A massive wave struck Zone 5 in Molo Boulevard on Sunday morning, destroying 20 homes along the coast.
Ana Santos, a long-time resident of the area, shared that they have been living there for 30 years, and their house often gets damaged during bad weather, especially when the waves are strong. Her child was unable to save important documents like birth certificates, uniforms, and school supplies. The Santos family was among the four households whose homes were completely destroyed along the Molo Boulevard shoreline.
