Hilary Swank has put her New York condo on the market for $6.6 million. The actress bought the home in 2009 for $3.64 million and renovated it to fit her taste.
Hilary Swank is ready to say goodbye to her New York home. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, found on the 16th floor of the famed Superior Ink Building in Manhattan, is now on sale for $6.6 million, with Chris Kann and Jennifer Ireland of The Corcoran Group. The home is the second-highest two-bedroom condo in the building, topped only by the penthouse suite.
