A walker had to be airlifted to hospital after falling “a significant distance” on Dumyat on Sunday morning.
The hill walker had to be flown to hospital by the Coastguard helicopter, from Prestwick , following the horror fall shortly after 11am.
A spokesperson for the team said: “The casualty was then extracted from the gully and winched aboard Maritime and Coastguard Agency Coastguard rescue helicopter 199 from Prestwick to be flown to hospital.Click here for more news and sport from the Stirling area. “If you find yourself in need of assistance in the hills or outdoor spaces dial 999, ask for Police then Mountain Rescue.”
