The recreation of the Crown Point Bridge is featured in an engineering exhibition in Leeds.
By David McKennaA 19th Century model of a historical bridge is among the star attractions at a new exhibition in Leeds.It was first displayed at the inaugural Great Exhibition, held in London in 1851 - an event attended by the likes of Charles Dickens and Michael Faraday.
The exhibition also explores the life and legacy of John Smeaton - who was born in 1724 and dubbed the Father of Civil Engineering.
