Former Geordie Shore star Holly Hagan has admitted that she feels like a 'literal zombie' as the new mum struggles with an ongoing battle with sleep deprivation.
After the couple changed their son's milk to an organic one, they started noticing a "big difference" to his grunting, but despite the improvement, Holly has updated her followers to share that she is still struggling to get any sleep. However, Holly did share a more positive update, revealing that while she is struggling to get any shut-eye, her other half is at least managing to sleep.
"Tonight we're gonna try Jacob having him in his room from after his 1 AM feed, so I should get to sleep by midnight and be able to be getting up much earlier!
