Perry said in legal docs that company officials had given her high marks in performance evaluations every year, with the most recent coming in the two months before she was let go. Perry's attorneys said in legal docs that in short order, she 'maneuvered to push her out of the company' in her belief that the casting director was 'too old to work in her position.'
'Instead, her finale episode was marred by ageist and ableist harassment, and a callous termination which robbed her of her illustrious career, her pride, and her well-being.'
