Hollyoaks fans have been left in tears following the latest episode of the Channel 4 soap as Frankie Osbourne bravely spoke out about being sexually abused by her twin brother
Hollyoaks viewers were left in tears as Franke Osborne courageously disclosed her sexual abuse by her twin brother.
Frankie's abuse began at the age of nine, referred to by JJ as "school discos". The disturbing reality of her situation was first presented to viewers in March when JJ encroached on her personal space late at night. JJ later cornered Frankie in the changing rooms and made it quite clear that he was going to assault her once more, claiming that she was "unloveable". Frankie fought back, kneeing JJ where it hurts before locking herself in a toilet, breaking down in tears.
Sensing his daughter's distress, Darren fetched some food from the party and sat with her, trying to encourage her to talk. In her father's company, Frankie felt comforted, appreciating the effort he put into being with her. Another chimed in with: "God one of best episodes of Hollyoaks in a long time! ! Isabella was phenomenal! The way Frankie slowly crumbles throughout the episode has the courage to open up to Darrren I was incredible! ".
