A Hollyoaks star who has endured ill-health, county lines, and custody storylines is said to have left the soap after 13 years as the show undertakes a shake-up and actor cull
Hollyoaks actor Charlie Behan has reportedly quit the E4 soap after more than a decade on screen. The star plays Charlie Dean, the son of Becca Dean, and is said to have already wrapped filming his final scenes after 13 years. This comes after a cull of 20 actors have been axed following a shake-up to the soap.
The character also suffered from leukaemia, subject to a custody battle and took part in county lines drug dealing. This comes after the news that Charlie’s co-star Ela-May Demircan is also alleged to be leaving the soap after 13 years.
