The 46-year-old actress was left devastated earlier this year when she discovered she had been axed from the Channel 4 soap
Stephanie Waring admitted her Hollyoaks character Cindy Cunningham is "worthy of her tears" as she bowed out of the soap after 28 years. as part of a cast cull.
Confirming her exit earlier this year, Steph said on Instagram: "I can’t believe I am writing this and I have taken the last two weeks to process and come to terms with the shock of what I am about to say. I am heartbroken to announce that my character of Cindy has been included in the actors reduction of Hollyoaks..."
