Martin Roberts reached out to his fans for support as he braved the freezing cold weather to sleep rough on the streets. The Homes Under The Hammer presenter and former I'm A Celeb star, 61, called on his followers for encouragement as he embarked on his charity battle - which he took on despite catching pneumonia the last time he did it.
The star added: "But it's all to raise awareness for the homeless. I get the choice every once and a while but there are people that don't have that choice," reports the Express. The presenter has so far raised £810 of his £1,000 target and has been diligently thanking every person who chips in to the cause. Martin has received an outpouring of support on social media for his commitment to CEO SleepOut Bristol 2024, with followers leaving encouraging messages. One fan said: "You are a . Wish I was in the UK to bring you a hot toddy. Thinking of you and sending love instead. And yes, I'll be donating xx."
